Check if the unit has an Aluminum radiator which will have to be replaced, a dry PTO hydraulic pump which will have to be updated to a wet style, and if there is any paint checking or cracking do to dark paint being applied to not fully cured fiberglass. I prefer full HWH hydraulic slides, some Allures had electric, with HWH being an option! The 470 was the upgraded model. I don't like A&E awnings, I think the Carefree is a better patio awning, but the topper awnings and window awnings of either are a toss up. I had an issue with a defective charge air radiator that had to be replaced also. If the tires haven't been replaced they should be promptly, if not sooner!!!!!!!!TWI 2004 Intrigue 11731
