Two weeks ago I was (unsuccessfully) searching for that controller. While there may be one on someone's shelf somewhere, there is a 6-9 week backlog from the manufacturer.
That said, it turned out my fan control assembly was just fine, thank you.
My issue began with driving in heavy rain. I noticed occasional speedup of the fan when it should have been running slowly. I suspected water intrusion into the connector.
Shortly thereafter, I had my air filter replaced (due to an engine warning light, triggered by low boost pressure). I asked the mech to pull the fan control connector apart and clean it. Happily, I drove off, only to discover 20 miles down the road that my fan wasn't working at all. I unplugged the connector and the fan went to high speed, as advertised. Begin the fan controller search.
Knowing there was no fan controller out there with my name on it, just for grins, I cut the old connector out and replaced it with a Pep Boys special.

Presto!

All of this, miles from home, of course.
I had a lot of folks hunting for a controller for me, and I'm grateful. But luckily, the problem was much simpler and a boatload less expensive. Any weatherproof three-wire (for THIS controller) connector will do.

Walt,

I paid $425 for my controller at http://www.bfpna.com/ (http://www.bfpna.com/) two years ago.

Good luck

And, why would I want to buy one of those anyway, with such a poor reliability? Only to have the same problem within a relatively short period, as reported on this board.

I ordered my controller directly from Berendsen Fluid Power 1-800-360-2327.
Paid $385 and it did take about 6 weeks to get. I don't know about reliability but mine is still working after two years.

Dan your coach is an 06 and you replaced yours at 4 years. Of all the things discussed on this forum, replacement of the fan controller is high on the list. Sounds like reliability to me

My first controller lasted 7 years, the second two weeks, the third one seems to be working, but doesn't

hold the temps as constant as the original one.

Sounds great! Working at Cat a problem would come by like that I removed the three wire connector and solderd the wires and used heat shrink tubing. Learnd this working on Boats, Yachts and Cruse Ships. The Military uses cannon plugs great thread. Ken 99 Allure 30356.
