For those who think Kingman was a fluke: stopped at Flying J in Wells, NV this afternoon. Went to the RV pump (there were two) and found the card reader was inop. The RV next to me vacated that pump so I went around and entered that pump. The card reader was inop. So I went to the car pumps. The card reader there was inop. Left Flying J and went to Sinclair truck stop (front pumps)down the street. Started the pump on my Penfed card and it went inop after about 8 gallons. They said they had a power glitch and it would be fixed in about ten minutes. When it came back on I pumped and it stopped at $75. Had to go inside to pay for the first 8 gallons. Obviously not my day so I headed on down the road.
Here I am in Twin Falls, ID and hoping for the best.
