Eugene will be our first rally. When you schedule to have CC perform service on your coach, what are the procedures, when do they take the coach, when do they return it, and what do you do with all your important "stuff" while it is gone?

They don't take the coach anywhere. All service work is done on your assigned spot at the rally.
