Good Morning

would love any suggestions from any of you folks concerning a place in Wyoming (western portion) other than Jackson Hole that is great to visit --- I just checked out some RV parks near Grand Teton and they are astronomical in price..... thanks all,

Jan, Dubois, WY is beautiful and the Longhorn Ranch Lodge & RV Resort is very nice, then for sure Cody, WY, The Ponderosa RV Resort and whle there you have to see the Buffalo Cody Museum.

Thanks, Mike 03 Allure 1st Ave. #30898

Jan, We'll be staying at Colter Bay in August. This will be our first time so I can't give any personal experiences. After much research this looks like our best bet in the Grand Teton area. Brian,

From experience, I'd recommend avoiding 14A in your coach. 14 is a good, twisty scenic road and we've driven it numerous times. 14A is a good, super-twisty, extra scenic road, best traveled in your toad.

RJ & Jan:Colter Bay is a great choice. Watch trees in the RV park! A spotter is a great help against unwanted scrapes on coach. Grand Teton Lodge Co runs breakfast & dinner cruises to Elk Island....a fun experience especially if the grandkids are along. As for Sheridan to Cody, all roads go over the Bighorn Mountain Range which can be a challenge on a hot day when towing. Wm Cody Museum a must see in Cody.
