HI All, Me again needing help. Our Sea Level ll is reading 'ccc'. I went to look for the manual and found a manual for See Level l. So I can not use the trouble shoot guide. I would appreciate any help that would help me with this issue.
Thanks,

Marianne 05 Allure

Maybe this link to the Shop Manual will help? http://www.rvgauge.com/downloads/709_Shop_Manual.pdf (http://www.rvgauge.com/downloads/709_Shop_Manual.pdf)

Thanks Dale. It is not the smae monitor. Ours has a horizonal off/on switch on the left side of the LED centered display and nothing on the right. How do you turn off the power? Is it contected to the inverter? When responding, you will have to be very graffic as I am not good at electrical gargon, etc..

Is it this one?

If so, the manual is here.

The best way to turn off the power is to pull the fuse. It is powered by 12 volt DC (house battery). The fuse should be in one of two places, in the fuse panel is the electrical bay under the driver accessed from the outside or the fuse box located near the AC breaker panel. Sorry, I'm not sure since I don't have an Allure. Turning off the house battery switch removes the power from mine also.

Thanks again Dale. The picture of the seelevel is not exactly the same as ours power switch is horizontal. That is the closest to what I have seen. Do you think that turning the house battery will help reset the seelevel? Not presently at the coach, but will try. Our problem started out with the pump not working. We can make the pump run by bypassing some wires. The consenses is that the intake switch connected to the pump is faulty, so we need another water pump. I tried the water pump switch to see if it would work and then the "ccc' was displayed and nothing else can be turned on for monitoring. Thanks again, Marianne

Mariane, There is a Service Bulletin on the Garnet site about the pump switch being under rated and causing problems. http://www.rvgauge.com/downloads/TSB26.pdf (http://www.rvgauge.com/downloads/TSB26.pdf)
Might try turning off the house power, leaving it off for a minute or so and then turning it back on to see if the error will clear.

Separating the white multi plug from the rear of the display unit and leaving apart for more than 15 minutes before reconnecting will cause the micro-processor to reboot
Less lengthy separations will 'cure' / remove some display anomolies but to reboot the micro-processor a minimum of 15 minutes without power is needed
We found Garnet most helpful if you do need to contact them direct by either email or telephone

Thanks Ian and Dale,

I turned off house power for about 30 second. Checked the Seelevel display, and all is well. Ian, I may turn off the house power for 15 minutes and see if the faulty water pump works. I may still have a problem with the water pump since the light went on but nothing else. I will also contact SeeLevel and see if I can get help.
Thanks all,
Marianne
