Need your help guy, this one is driving me nuts. Bought new trailer had trailer brakes installed, Now the problem; evertime you turn on turn signals you get voltage on the other tail light. The coach tail light show no voltage on the un use light, just the trailer plug.
Turn on left light, full voltage on left turn light wire at plug, small voltage on right tail light wire. Switch to right turn signal, full voltage right turn wire, small voltage left turn wire.
I dont know were to go to find issue. It only shows at the trailer plug.

Any ideas?

Classic signs for a bad ground.

Sounds like a weak, bad ground on the trailer, probably at one of the lights. The voltage is back feeding thru the opposite filament because it does not have a good ground path.
