Currently we are plugged into 30 amp, but we have no electricity inside the coach. I can turn on the generator and we have 50 amp. I have checked the breakers in the coach and everything is OK.

What else can I check/do ?

Stan, check the outlet where you're plugged in and see if there's juice coming from the outlet. John 2003 Allure 30951

Assuming the shore power is good, maybe a transfere switch?

Stan,

You may find two large circuit breakers mounted near ceiling level on a bulkhead inside a passenger side storage compartment.

Good luck.

Do you know the shore power at the pedistal is good? I would suspect that first.
