We had a leak in the bay. Our kitchen slide out has a flex connection joined to solid pipe. The pipe had a crack that leaked when the drain was used. Apparently the crack occurred from the flexing. After replacing the cracked portion, the solid pipe was secured with strap.

Our trap in the kitchen sink plumbing was barely attached and did cause a leak under the sink that could have ended up in the bay. Also, our washing machine drain hose was not attached and caused a leak in the bay under it.

You might want to check these.
