Title: Scam Information

Over the weekend I had two messages from people that wanted to buy my 1999 Intrigue (it is for sale). One person indicated that they were from Nigeria. They wanted to verify the price and ended up offering more than I was asking. Both said a certified check would be in the mail with my price plus shipping costs ($$$). I would then send the shipper a check (9K or 25K, the shipping costs) to close the deal !!

If you want me to forward these email's to you let me know.

Regards

Sounds like another Nigeria scam. Recommend notifying your local FBI office.

Irv, Be careful in that I have heard of some scams where the checks are supposed to be certified but are actually written on bogus checks and the banks do not exist. You might want to do some checking up on this situation before sealing the deal. Dale
