Yesterday, I ran the generator for a while to charge up the house batteries (AGM) while I washed the coach. They were at 72% at the time. I have done this many times, and within a short time, they will charge up to 100%. Nothing was running, but after 45 mins, they were showing only 62% charged. After some more time, they showed 66%, then went down to 65%. I turned on an air conditioner, and it ran fine off the generator, so there was some juice coming from it.
Anyone have an idea where I should start looking for the problem? Would it be something in the Echo charger??? Another first for me.

Bill,

I don't have AGM's, but mine would take a few hours to come up to 100% at 72% discharge. It may be working properly. Were you getting a bulk charge?

Tom, it was showing a bulk charge, but it has always charged up to 100% from the low 70% range within an hour or so. In this case, the batteries went from 100% to 72% within one day, with the coach sitting, and the inverter off, but not the disconnect switches, I had left them on. After running the generator for 45 mins, they actually were showing less of a charge than when I started.
