The other morning I flipped the switch for my main interior lighting. The right side came on normally, the left side dimly, and then the fuse blew. Just on a whim I replaced the fuse and repeated with the same results.
Friday, the front rooftop a/c doesn't come on. It sounds like the compressor starts (or tries to) but the fan motor does not.
Also Friday, the microwave started arcing inside. The small plastic (or foam) window melted and one of the supports for the metal rack actually caught on fire. It's now unplugged.
Thanks,
Jerry

One 12vdc system, and two 110vac circuits on different breakers would seem not to be related.
But do you have a surge protector installed to avoid over voltage on the 110vac side?
