Title: donaldson air filter?

Installed a Donaldson air filters MPG dropped 1+. Anyone else experience this?

Kinda normal for a diesel, since it takes a certain amount of dirt/dust to pass thru and clog the filter before it starts preforming, that's why you don't change the filter until the vacuum gauge hits it's mark. And when mine gets close I reset it to make sure it wasn't a fluke and really is pulling that vacuum. My coach travels about 5-6,000 miles a year and it last me about 5-6 years.... all depends on road conditions and where the intake sucks from, mine is at the top of the rear cap with the back up camera in the middle of the vent.
