Interesting, today, we just installed a New Washer/Dryer Combo at Westland Sales in Clackamas (Portland).
I "salavaged" the used timer module from the old unit, that I bought from Ken Waite (sp) a year ago.
In the old unit, we had "something" between the drum & outer housing making a Loud vibration noise in the spin cycles, that was going to cost 1/2 the price of a new unit to remove, plus they did not have the seal that fits between the drum & housing.
San, the tech says usually the item found is a Bra Under Wires, honest ladies... He did not take ours apart. Wife says "NO WAY" would it be that ! ! ! ! So guess what, "A Happy Wife makes for a Happy Husband". Many, No longer available parts helped in our decision to upgrade..
If you'd like that timer, all it would only cost you is shipping fees, if that is what you need. Just let me know. Anybody....

Lee, how did they get the old out and the new in? Our doors are pretty skinny.
