Don,
The New Washer model slipped right into place with the assistance of Westland Sales', in Clackamas, forklift & skilled techs.
I did remove (only 4 nuts) & move back the passenger's seat just to give them more maneuvering room, that they did not need.
The old one is on its way to the scrap yard, as I write.
I feel going straight to the product source is best, when possible.
The new model has a clean mode to eliminate lint accumulation, etc.
There is a reasonably priced 5 yr, extended warranty, just in case you "fry" one of the many electronic components, at a flaky RV park connection.
Interesting info obtained from techs on the Italian made product.
They (Westland Sales) completely disassemble, test & write manuals on each new model, before they will market it.
Westland Sales has a second facility in Elkhart, Indiana, another concentrated RV manufacturing area, well use to be.
Those compact type washer/dryers are very popular in Europe, i.e. small apartments, etc..
Of coarse the European models are 50 cycle vs our being 60 cycle.

Lee, how did they get the old out and the new in? Our doors are pretty skinny.
