Has anyone taken one of these fan controllers apart? I have an ever so slight hydaulic fluid seep / drip coming from the bottom of the plunger assembly. It looks like there is a screw in plug and I'm wondering if I attempt to unscrew the plug, I will be able to reassemble. I'm also wondering what type of seal is there, (gasket, o-ring, copper washer?)

Any ideas?

Are you talking about the hex head cap at the end of the solenoid coil?

Don

Been there. That hex cap has an O ring under it. Also one at the top of the coil. The hex nut has a very light torque spec. Same assy # on our Inspire Ned Herrmann

Yes, that is where I think the fluid seep is.
