Another shoe has fallen. Manufacturer is blaming the recall fix installer. Their two insurance companies are sparing over fault, and the evidence has been incinerated, literally.
I believe that the recall fix installer is being implicated by association. I have pictures of the refrigerator remains and I cannot imagine how the fixer's blame can be determined by what is left of the refrigerator parts. The motorhome is stll sitting in a salvage lot awaiting the fixer's insurance company inspection, but that was a very hot fire...
So, the message I bring you is--How long before no one will even look at your absorption refrigerator?

Obviously Norcold is on the limb for a lot of liability, blaming anyone you can for a problem is the american way lately, The absorption technology has been around for a long time, the quality of the technology is the real problem here.I agree that soon only a technician from Norcold is the only one to touch one of their products and you may even have to drive to the factory to get serviced. Too many recalls and its not over.
