The RV repair facility in Goodyear Az is having a heck of a time trying to match up two faulty switches on our '04 Inspire. Their supplier sends the replacement Sigma switches and states they are the right ones yet when trying to snap the rocker covers on they won't catch. Looks like the problem is a new design of the plastic rocker, the new ones are like a deep curve and the originals are a V shape. The two we are looking for are the door slide which is a momentarily on and off and the other is the on-off switch for the house battery. Both sitches are located on the passenger side below the cup holder.
Does anyone know of a good sourch for these? CC is sending two that they think will fit but neither looks the same as what was original.

Any and all help is really appreciated.

Tom, I suggest calling Kevin Waite - former CC Tech that has helped many of us with this type issue. 541-953-6162 cell 541-998-8132

I replaced two faulty switches in my old rig by getting the part number and manufacturer from the side of the switch (not the plastic frame) and found it online at NAPA among other sources.

Tom,

If you can get the name of the manufacturer and take some detailed digital photos of the problem switches and then email the photos to the manufacturer they can usually match them up to current product I did that a few years ago and then was able to get the switches from one of their recommended distributors. I found them at Mouser electronics in Fort Worth. www.mouser.com

Thanks Travman100 and all those who helped out with this switch problem. The shop in Goodyear Az, (RV Master Techs) are confident they have located the correct switches and when we get back to Az next month everything should be fine.
It's very impressive and comforting to receive so many responses with good advice from a great group of people. You don't see that much anymore.
