Any ideas on how to fairly easily get an HDMI cable from my satellite receiver to the basement compartments so I can have my satellite reception outside?

Dpn't know what coach you have. I have an 2006 Intrigue and ran HDMI in mine.

Joe. Thanks My coach is a 2008 intrigue with four slides. I nerd to run the cable from the cabinet above the passenger seat to the first or second basement storage. Question is how I get through the floor?

Eric. When my coach was new , we added a 3 position switch at the front of the coach, in place of the 2 position Cable/Antenna switch. That 3rd switch/push button takes an RG6 cable output from the back of the satellite receiver and delivers my satellite signal to every TV in the coach. The same as it does when you are connected to cable at an RV resort. We ran an HDMI cable from the Sat receiver in the cabinet situated above the passengers seat, directly to the front TV to give the best reception to the front TV. Your coach probably has the infra red repeater system, in the lower compartment , and that can change the channel. The RG6 signal isn't as good as the HDMI signal , but it solves your problem. If you are never going to use cable , and I don't, you could just run the RG6 output from your Sat receiver to the 2 position switch / push button, and not change the switch out with the 3 button switch

The grab rail between the front door and window is a chase. Remove the magazine rack along side of the passenger seat. Remove the ceiling panel in the first cargo bay. Use a fish tape feed it down through the hole in the floor by the magazine rack that you removed.

Run you cable down the right side glass post, just forward of the door. Then you can run the cable aft to the desired compartment.

No problem, it's hard to find, there is a chase. Go the way Jill recommend that will work also.

Joe. Found the hole but it's tiny. Has about 6 or8 wires in now and totally full. Did you have to open the hole up significantly? Also, at the first compartment basement there is a large black sealer system to seal everything from there forward. Assume you had to goode through this as well?

The hole is tight. I was able to run two cables through. Use some wire lube in order to get the cables through without damage. I found one cable that was in the hole already, disconnected it and taped the HDMI to it. Pull the cable down till you can see it underneath. Be sure not to pull the cable that you taped so far that you will not be able to pull it back. If that won't work use a fish tape. Yes had to go through to black sealant. Mind you, I did this five years age. If you need more help I could take another look in-order to refresh my mind and give you call.
