I called a local RV dealer for a recommendation on where I could get the coach serviced. They use Burns Truck Center in Ripon, CA, so I called and made an appointment. After waiting an hour, they finally got the coach in.
The tech was so slow that we named him "Turtle". It took him 3 hours to change the oil. He was very disorganized and did not seem too confident in what he was doing and basically just stretched the time as long as he could.
When I got the bill I was shocked. They were charging me by the hour! Total bill---$389. I had to get some stuff done at Cummins in Bakersfield, CA so I asked their charge. They said that they were higher than most anyone else in the area---$225 but that included lube. $195 without lube.
They allow 1 1/2 hours for the job.

Just thought I would let others know to stay away from Burns.
