We are looking for recommendations to replace our mattress. It seems the size of 65x75 is a bit unusual. Has anyone found a good source for a high quality mattress that fits into the Inspire?

Select Comfort makes an RV mattress that fits perfectly.
And it is available at Camping World.
IOHO: Very comfortable

Hi Jim,
I went with a latex foam mattress back in 2009 and love it. You can get the latex mattress in different firmness levels (and different qualities of of latex). I like the mattress firm and I also went with the thinnest mattress cover they make. May original mattress, that came with the coach, developed a low spot in the middle of the mattress over time ... felt like I was rolling to the middle of the mattress all the time. Have not had that problem with the latex foam mattress with the thin mattress cover. (I'm 6'0" and 225 pounds)
I ordered my latex foam mattress from a company that was located in Phoenix, AZ and they built it to the numbers I provided them. I don't remember the companies name and I could not find them just now when I looked on the internet; but, there are a lot of companies that will build to order and ship to you. Note: my mattress came in three pieces which were stacked upon each other inside the mattress cover (13" high). You can have a different firmness level for each layer.

Couple of things for you to consider - one is to order a custom mattress from a mfg. - Here in Spokane, WA you can order custom sizes from NW Bedding without any real extra charges. So if you have a company in your area that might be an option for you.
Second - we bought a standard queen firm spring unit for ours - this makes finding sheets real easy - when traveling, I lift the mattress and place a clothes hamper under the last 1/3 to raise it enough to close the slide without causing a bind of the mattress from the extra 5" in length. Travels fine this way and has not been a problem for us with the extra 5" hanging over the platform support. Been doing this since 2005 on my 2oo3 Allure. I'm sure it would work for your rig as well.

We had a Select Air on our bed at home and, when we got our CC, the bed was so awful that we had to replace it. Select Air offered a unit specifically built for RV folk, so that's what we've been sleeping on for the last 5 years. It's wonderful and we highly recommend it for travelers or for home. (We bought another for our guest room.) CAUTION!!! Reduce the air dramatically if you're going to be travelling at high altitudes. Like the potato chip bags in your rig, the air will also expand in your mattress with potentially disastrous results.

Jim: almost a year ago we went to a Sleep Number bed and haven't regretted it; cost a little more, but in our mind was definitely worth the price. Wait for a sale. We just deflate it when bringing in the slide and it compresses easily with no resistance.

X2. Camping world usually has the best price on Sleep Number beds.
