Just got back from our nwcc rally and see a little antifeez on the solder joint to the back tank. I recently switched to red cat elc coolant. It looks like the radiator will need to be pulled. The unit has allready been updated with the copper core. I see no leaking on the core just the tank. My question is has anyone remove there radiator and if so did all the coolers and charge air cooler need to be removed or did they just remove the radiator. Im trying to get my arms around the process for remove and repair.

don't remember which year Allure these came from, but the engine was a 400ISL and the photos are
very similar to those taken of my 400 repaired earlier in the year. And you are going to need a lift of
some type and a special custom made adapter to interface the bottom of the radiator assembly to the
lift you use as the radiator assembly isn't flat on the bottom in the verticle position, but terraced at different heights between the different , parts: CAC/ Hydraulic, coolant radiator, cooling fan assembly. TWI 2004 Intrigue 11731

Yahoo Message Number: 82618 (http://groups.yahoo.com/neo/groups/Country-Coach-Owners/conversations/messages/82618)Rod - The CAC, radiator, condenser and oil cooler all needed to come out from the bottom as an assembly. The ass end of the bus was jacked up to create clearance in my case. Not sure about the Inspire but I can't imagine it is significantly different. Do watch your frig if it's a gas absorption unit. Here's the photos of my repair: http://muniac.smugmug.com/photos/swfpopup.mg?AlbumID=16803460&AlbumKey=2qwGtc (http://muniac.smugmug.com/photos/swfpopup.mg?AlbumID=16803460&AlbumKey=2qwGtc) The unit is heavy and clumsy to remove. A jack was required and two sets of arms to balance the load as it came down. If you undertake this project yourself, do be careful and make sure you have the extra hands. Good luck with it.

I dont see the pictures. Is there a setting i need to change. When the radiators have leaked has it been at the seams around the tanks? I was told when i bough the inspire that the rdiator was upgraded. It has steel tanks but i cant tell if the core is constructed from aluminum or copper

Yahoo Message Number: 82774 (http://groups.yahoo.com/neo/groups/Country-Coach-Owners/conversations/messages/82774)Sorry about the photos. So I will try to describe what I saw. There's a smaller radiator about an inch
thick that sits in front of the main radiators and is mounted separately . Its for the Air conditioner.
behind the air-con radiator is the charge air cooler and directly below it is the hydraulic radiator. They
are mounted in front of the main radiator that cools the transmission and the the engine. Directly
behind them is a box that contains the fan assembly with the fan controller attached on the fan box at the lower left rear corner. There's a plate that bolts to the top of the radiator the charge air cooler and the fan box. There a combination of a plate and and brackets that connect the three pieces on the
bottom. There are flanges welded on the radiators that hold the assembly in place with tie rods with
shock absorbing rubber grommets. I,ve heard the assembly weighs 400 lbs, I maybe wrong, but its
something I don't have the expertise to tackle. Even if I have seen done 5 or 6 times. TWI 2004 Intrigue 11731
