Been thinking about it for a while now and it's finally time to put our coach up for sale. I know RVT.com is one of the better sites for selling yourself, is there another I should not pass up?

Thanks Steve. Were you able to tell where the most inquiries came from between the two?

Seemed to be about 50/50. I think we had one serious buyer from each.

Stuart,
I sell a coach every 1 1/2 - 2 yrs. Here are the sites I use in order of best response:
Rvonline.com
Rvtraderonline.com
RVT.com
Ebay.com
It usually takes me between 60-90 days to sell a coach that is priced in the 150K-250K range. I find it very important to do the following items to sell a coach coach successfully:
Keep it detailed and in showroom condition. Washed/waxed, tires dressed, aluminum wheels polished, inside spotless ect.
Fix any items not working or cosmetic issues.
Have it recently serviced.
Take high quality pictures and put plenty online.
Detailed description.
Turn on all lights when showing.
Last but certainly not least, it has to be PRICED right to sell! If its overpriced it doesn't matter what options/colors/floor plan/condition its in as its very unlikely to sell. I would say a high percentage of coaches are overpriced. Also leave some room for negotiation. Being firm on the price turns buyers off.
Hope this helps.
