Just wanted to pass along some information I found the hard way. I had a window repaired at Sun Coast Design in Hudson a few years ago and since that time always fought a leak behind the drivers seat. Finally found it to be on the drivers side window. We keep the unit in storage and don't use that often. On this trip stopped at RV Fog in Searcy and they pulled the window and found the seal on the small window was not the correct thickness allowing water between the seal and the glass. Had the window rebuilt and also drilled the small drain hole a little larger and it has solved the problem. Apparently when you replace the small window seal it needs to be a little thicker (9/16) to make up for the movable window which is single pane.

Same thing happened to me. Had most of my windows remove fixed & replaced. Discovered drivers side small window is leaking. Drilled weep hole a little larger so water can get out. Is Suncoast aware of their problem yet?
