We have on several occasions stopped at Mid-State RV in Byron GA for various fixes on our 2002 Intrigue and they have done excellent work for us. Several weeks ago they replaced the seals on the LR Slide and after we got the coach home one of the seals simply fell out of its track.
Using the word "upset" is mild but I realize that sometimes s--- happens. They assured me they would make it good, just bring the coach back, which I did. And they fixed the seal as promised and had the coach delivered to us at no charge. We live about 250 miles north of Byron in the mountains of North GA. They stand behind their work! No problem with the seals since!
