ygrps-yiv-1444936568 v0003a* { } Thanks for the information so far. If possible, would like to talk to you directly on your coach today before going to the dealer and viewing the coach for the first time. Its a big expense and a lot of legwork is needed before decision. Have already talked to one person and he's the one who suggested posting on the CC WEBSITE. My phone # = (818) 888-1287 home; (818) 321-0849. OR IF YOU PREFER, just email me back with your phone number so that I can call you.

I have an 04 Inspire I bought less than two years ago. $110 is a bit much but you'll not regret the purchase. Lots of quality built into these coaches. I've already put about 14,000 miles on mine in less than two years. Offer $95 for it. From: "hcedu030@..." I also have an 05 Inspire Siena 36' #51264.
You have listed the major issues, however, here are a few more. Check for broken thermopane window seals. It would be good if you could inspect the undercarriage, pretty easy if you have a creeper, look for any signs of damage, leaks, anything loose and excessive rusting. etc. Has the roof been sealed? If not I'm sure it's chalking by now and needs to be sealed. Have the factory recalls been done, gas cook top, side marker lights, Norcold refrigerator.
The $110k price seems a little high. I paid $108k for mine 11/2 yrs ago with 19,600k miles. Take into consideration the fact that you will probably spend another $15k-$20k for tax, title, license, maintenance, minor repairs you will discover as well as the updates & upgrades you will just have to do. If you are a DIY kind of guy you can save considerable $$$. I have done several improvements to my coach since we bought it. Some, I feel, were necessary others I thought Just needed to be done. Good Luck, RJ

Suggest you research the coach on this site for a good idea of it's value. http://www.nadaguides.com/RVs/2005/Used/Country-Coach (http://www.nadaguides.com/RVs/2005/Used/Country-Coach)
I agree with John...the $110,000 seems a little high.
