While in cold weather we used an aux. floor heater. Plugged end in coffee pot and when I came back, the AC outlets were off. Checked the GFI and it would not reset. Decided it must be the problem and replaced it. Still not AC. After checking voltages at campground and AC panel, I discovered the Inverter had lost one of the AC feeds. Called Xrantrex as Trace Eng is no longer in business, service tech informed the RV2012 model does not have protection on the AC side only on the inverter side.
Well, CC engineers missed the boat on this one. They installed a 20amp GFI with no overload protection using 14 ga wire. We are at Buddy Gregg today to see if Trace Inverter can be repaired.
For all 01' Intrigue owners, you have no circuit overload protection on your outlets. GFI is only for ground problems. Owner should check for 15 Amp circuit breaker and if you don't find one, you have the potential of frying you Inverter or a fire in your coach.

I will post the results of service at Buddy Gregg, Knoxville.
