Any suggestions on a mount to carry a small (275lb) trail type motorcycle on the back of my Allure. It has three hitch receivers and it looks like it had some type of MC hauler mounted before I owned her. I would still like to be able to tow the Honda CRV while hauling the motorcycle also.

Greetings,
I did extensive research on this topic a couple of years ago, as I wanted to find a suitable mounting system for my full size road bike, almost 1,000 lbs. I decided on Hydralift USA for numerous reasons. Their unit also allows you to tow a vehicle up to 8,000 lbs. I have used the lift for carrying my motorcycle for over two years now, and could not be more satisfied. I also liked the idea of having the versatility to carry any other type of vehicle in the future, including a golf cart, should the need arise. I would highly recommend you check out this totally hydraulic lift system before making your decision. The only drawback was the price, which was about $5,000 (installed by a professional welder). When I considered the consequences of a failure of this device, the cost was well worth it. Feel free to contact me off line or at my personal email address for more information brucep9@...
