OK, I'll give the info on the coach my wife and I purchased this spring. 2004 CC Allure-Astoria 40', 2 slides, 4 door fridge, ice maker, Hydro Hot. 30K miles. Tires are original, as were the batteries. We made what we thought was a low ball offer @ $127500 and the seller accepted. This was a coach consigned at a dealership, and the seller was motivated.
Good Deal? Bad Deal? You tell me.

If you're happy then I would say it's a good deal.

At that age and price I would have also thought it was a good deal.
