I had Shwan at Davis Cabnets in J.C. do mine ( had a 40" flat screen put in ) and they did remove the box that the CRT TV was in and I know they made the hole inbetween the two doors bigger. What I don't know is how they hung the new TV as we were not there when that was done.

You can access your tv through the cabinets on each side of the tv, the panels inside the cabinets are screwed in. remove the screws, remove the side panels and you will be able to access the tv mounting screws.

we had the 32" with the speakers on the sides. Infinity Coach replaced it with a Samsung 46" surface mounted. Looks like it was made for the spot.

Although I have a 07, I can only access the back of the TV from the passenger side cabinet.
The drivers side has no opening. the right side really only gives me access to the wires. will have to look more closely at the brackets. there is a panel on the back of the cabinet at the rear portion of the cabinet. I took it off and did not pay much attention to what was there, as I was looking where I could hook up a Sony PS3, not change the TV out.

Ray, by any chance do you have a photo of the finished project that you can post? Sounds interesting!

I'm not sure if I have a photo...(I should?) But it's a big TV, so big in fact that as soon as we installed it in Ray's coach, my DAD had to have one installed in his coach, he got it because I showed my Mom how it was a Smart TV with built in wi-fi..... Dad's coach isn't a CC it a Marathon, but still impressive to take a 32"? out that was installed just a couple years ago in both coaches and now be putting 46's in it place with minimal effort.... it's due to the slimness of these new monitors.
