After slogging down HWY 101 from Oregon to Southern Cal in continuous storms (roughly 20 inches of rain in 10 days) we are finally drying out in Palm Desert. I seem to have water trapped in every bay door, apparently it can leak in the top but not drain out the bottom.

Has anyone else dealt with this?

Yep. On some of my bay doors I always get a 'flow' when I open them up. I believe it comes in through the hing mounts. I've never worried about it too much and just leave the doors open a while to let them drain.
