For those of you that store your coach for several months at a time (winter season) how do you handle the batteries during that time. If you do not have it plugged in, do you just start the coach and let it run and charge the batteries or do you disconnect the batteries to stop the ghost discharge while it just sits?

Dave:

It is best to disconnect the batteries if stored for a long period of time without being plugged in.

We store for up to 6 months at a time. Simply disconnect. After 6+ years I've just replaced them so I'm happy with how we do it. By the way I use the cheap batteries and get good service from them. (8D, $250 each).
