Just replaced my batteries and learing more about my rig. noticed alot of info out there on the Heart Interface Freedom 20 remote control panel and all the info it gives you on your current power and battery status. On my 2000 CC Intrigue 40' I dont see that remote control panel anywhere in my rig.
Does anyone have the remote control panel for the Freedom 20 mounted in their coach? If so let me know where it is. Right now all I see is the panel above the entry door with the basic heart interface on/ off switch. I would like to know if this remote panel works with the one I have and if so where can I get it.

Which one of these works with mine?

Michael I installed the 'second link' model in my coach. I had only the on/off switch. The enhanced panel plugs in to the same data cable as the on/off switch. You will have to cut out a section of the panel above the door to install it.

I had the same on/off switch on mine. Located on the face of the cabinet below the kitchen sink. I replaced it with the controller located in your second link. Like David said, it is simply a matter of unplugging one and plugging in the other.
The new inverter controller is a good upgrade over the on/of switch in that now I can equalize the batteries and an also reduce the AC amps used when charging the batteries if need be. It really doesn't help much with monitoring the battery use, so for that I installed one of these.

Michael, you're going to want the 500 amp shunt. The 3 stage charger will charge in excess of 100 amps during the first stage (bulk).
