You have equipment that safeguards your coach, They do not.
Your air conditioners and appliances will outlast theirs and they will wonder why the crummy appliances failed so soon.

Ditto, 105 volts is the absolute lowest voltage you can run your coach on without risking damage. Even at that if it would run like that for very long you would be risking damage.
