The fuel filters a re partially plugged with algae, so they are not allowing enough fuel for the engine. The engine cannot make power with reduced fuel flow.

Bill,

Mine did that so I changed the air filter, fuel filters and it still did it. So I looked at the turbo and could see that the gasket had blown out between the exhaust and the turbo. Took it to Warren Cat for a estimate with written instructions not to proceed until approval was given. They completely disassembled it and handed me a bill for over $8300.

How much boost are you seeing now versus what you did see?

$8300 to replace a turbo sounds a bit excessive, don't you think?

Ray,

I do not know if we have the same problem, but I have lost power as a result of the cooling unit either before or after the Turbo Charger. I am getting mine repaired for about 550 dollars not including installation.

Ray,

They didn't replace the Turbo only the gasket. Then they laid the Hydraulic lines that run to my fan motor causing them to fail along with the motor in less than 200 miles which they wouldn't replace (over a $800 worth of lines). They also crash my coach pulling it into the bay and knocked the steps off and did $5300. in damage to it. These are just some of the highlights of a terrible situation.

Ray,

Correction, I left something out. Then they laid the Hydraulic lines that run to my fan motor "on the exhaust pipe" causing them to fail along with the "hydraulic fan motor" in less than 200 Miles.
