Does anyone know which of the many 3M spray adhesives are used to install new ceiling material. I have heard that some desolve the foam backing. I am replacing the ceiling on the DS slide. I also need a source for the hard paper backing that goes on before the ceiling material. I have thought about using 1/8 luan in its place. Any ideas?

I just replaced the Ozite material in the bedroom on my coach. I used the 3M Headliner and Fabric Adhesive Part number 38808. It seems to work well. I was told by a 3M customer support person that the other adhesives that you see in the hardware stores will not hold up in very hot weather.
