I get all my emails from or into my Yahoo email page.
When I go and look for past posting in the Group page for info or a problem I have, I do the search function. So here is my question....
If I type in something like back up camera, I get every post that has the word back" "up" and "Camera" ...is there a way when I do a search I only get the post(s) with what I'm looking for? I'm not looking for a post about "up" or "Back". Inquiring minds want to know..
Thanks
Dave

Generally, on most forums, enclose all the words with double quotes so it is treated as a phrase. Example: "back up camera".

I believe that using the " symbol before and after the search words, the search will be narrowed to just the phrase between the symbols

Hi Dave,
Just put a plus sign between the words with no spaces back+up+camera the "back up camera" works too. Plus if you use the quotation marks you can then use the minus symbol - to refine the search to weed out things you do not want. "back up camera"-bose
