Before last nights rain I pulled the slides in to avoid aother leak. This morning I noticed I have some water on the floor of the bedroom slide drivers side. Any ideas?

Tom, where was the water inside the coach. I had a bad leak when the angle iron pieces on the bottom of the sides were loose. Had them removed and resealed and no leaks. The water was on the floor at the bottom of the wood frame. There was never any moisture except where the angle iron was loacted.

Looks like I get to join the club. Mine leaks at the corner where the 2 inside rubber seals meet plus in the upper inside head part. I cleaned all seams outside and got a roll of 100% water repellent same color duck tape and sealed all the seams then i'm going to get a can of Liquid Rubber Coatings and do the roof at the seam. Will be going down to have the BR slide resealed this is getting old (round 2 for CC) plus i removed the bed lift up the plywood then bed head board came loose and almost killed me from the power of the Hyd cylinders when the board hit me in the thoat. Just so you know they screw the screws into the glued plys of the plywood strips and do not use real wood, a two year old could do better.

Tom,
Look under your sink. I surprisingly had the same problem, the same way. The fresh water hose going to the cold water was dripping, down the hose, to the plywood, to the floor. It only happened in the retract position.

Have you resealed around your windows?

Yes windows are sealed. I just cut 2" strips from a roll of the sika tape people have been using on their roofs and put it on the botton horizontal seams of the slides. I will see what happens. Might have to do the verticles also. That still dosen't explain why it leaks with the slides pulled in.

Tom,
Yes! Finding water leak sources can be most exasperating. This is the procedure that I use to narrow down the leak source:
1. Pick a non rainy day to test. Pull-in slide
2. Purchase a gentle garden sprayer wand with an adjustable spray angle head. Get the longest one or one that telescopes.
3. Have a helper gently but steadily spray the area for about 15 minutes. Start at the lowest section of the suspect sidewall that may be leaking.
4. Stay inside so that you may observe when leaking begins.
5. Have helper advance the height of the spray head a few inches and repeat spraying.
6. Repeat procedure all the way up to the roof until you locate the leak. Now you can concentrate your efforts on that location.
7. Now repeat the procedure with the slide room out.
Sometimes leaks will occur in one location and manifest in another. It can be tricky.
This is a tedious and time consuming process but, it works. We used it in the window business to determine the source of leaks that were often the result of sidewall or seal failures that were not related to window failure.

We had the factory twice, back then, and several techs work on our slide leaks with no success. OMC resealed the windows and that solved all of our leakage problems. I don't see where there could be any other issue if you bring the slides in when it is raining
