Can anyone tell me the exact location of the sync cylinder for the passenger side front slide on a 2006 Intrigue Jubilee 530 45' with 4 slides? I need to replace a HWH hose that goes from the solenoid manifold to that sync cylinder.

THANKS

The synch cylinder for the front slides on my coach are right above the hydro hot unit. The drivers side synch goes front to back and the passenger side synch runs right to left.
I had all my hoses replaced at premier RV in junction city as well as having the rear synch moved away from the turbos.

That's where it is on my 2007 Intrigue as well.

Maybe I am missing something but the line that goes from my pump manifold to the sync cylinder is 26ft long per HWH as per the part number on the hose end at the pump manifold. My coach is 45' long. Does that hose from the manifold go someplace else first that is a shorter run. Also, my understanding is that from that sync cylinder is a hose to the 2 operating cylinders that are at each end of the slide and must be equal length to each other. Why would the sync cylinder be several feet past the far end of the slide and then there be a short distance fro. The sync cylinder to one of the operation cylinders and a way longer distance all the way back to the front of that forward passenger side slide? It would be great to see a schematic of the HWH slide system with the location of all cylinders but have had no luck finding one. I only have 2 weekends before leaving for Key Largo and must get this figured out and the proper parts ordered. Does anyone know of a hydraulic or coach company that they would recommend for exactly this type of work.
Thanks

Drew

If you called Doug Beaudry at Country Coach Corp, he knows all about these details and could explain/talk you through it.
