When I posted the below message, I forgot to explain that my winder is the manual type, not the electrical type.
Just wondering if anyone has taken their manual winder apart. As I said taking the 30' of cord off, taking it off the coach and not being able to repair it in a short period of time, will be a big pain in the rear.....
First Post... The last time I rolled up the electrical cord, I was unable to get the cord winder to take the last 5 feet or so. The handle would turn without winding up the cord. At this time I concerned that if I roll out the cord and something is broken inside I will not be able to wind up any of the cord back in. Has anyone had any type of similiar problem? Does anyone know how the winder works prior to me taking it apart?
Thanks

Dave
