Greetings campers!

It has never dawned on me that the Velvac mirrors are heated.
Where is the switch on the '05 Inspire? The temperature is forecast to drop into the 50's tonight and I don't want to take any chances!

I am curious. Chances on what? I have had three CC's and none had heated mirrors. Can't help with a switch location. Sorry.

Don/Jay

The wiring schematics for both my '04 Allure and my '03 Magna say that the coaches are equipped with heated mirrors. There is no switch because the circuits are energized whenever the ignition is on.

Thanks George. I didn't know that. By that token then there must be a fuse somewhere but I can't say I ever looked. Of course not because I didn't know I had them and saw little evidence over the years that I did. But then I tried to stay out of areas that I would need then. I still feel that if CC took the time and expense to add them then it might have been wise on their part to advertise the fact by putting a labeled switch in plain sight Marketing moves in strange circles.

The Country Coach brochures list "Thermostatically controlled/heated.......mirrors" under the heading "Exterior Conveniences". I have actually seen evidence on cold damp mornings that they actually are there and they work.
