We want to upgrade to a 45 foot coach is there a floor plan that has a bath an a half?

Country Coach had a floorplan for the Allure called the Crane Prairie. It is 45 feet and has a bath and a half. Believe first year was 2009. They also had Magna and Affinity versions. You can find a brochure in the internet if you search for 2009 CC Allure.
