My hydro-hot is blowing out white smoke. I checked all the lines to make sure it wasn't sucking air. I then drained the fuel bowl, it was clear and clean.
I downloaded the service book, but before I go there, does anyone have any ideas on what to do to rectify this problem? John 03 Allure 30951

White smoke can usually be cured by new filters and a new nozzle.

White smoke on diesel furnaces (and engines too) usually indicates un-burned fuel. When my Hurricane furnace did that, it turned out to be the igniter, but mine wouldn't start when it had white smoke. Does yours start.

John,
Check out Roger Berke's web site. Tons of answers and good prices on parts also.

I had the same problem 2 months ago. My coach has a Hurricane CO45XL. The problem turned out to be a bad connector to the combustion air fan which only intermittently was operating. Once I fixed the connector, it worked fine.
