Got the word back from Caterpillar that the reason the engine died as we were 70 miles into our trip last week was the engine computer. The engine may go for 500,000 miles, but obviously not the electronics controlling the engine! They should have the coach back to us by the end of the week so we can get on the road.

I had 2 computers go out. One at 27,000 mi and one around 30,000 mi.
Since then haven't had a problem. CAT didn't know why they went bad.
