To All,
My wife and I are done with the Northwest but that leaves me with a Thousand Trails membership I will never again use. My yearly dues are $272 which is very low and those dues can't be raised! The park is just outside of Newport, Oregon across the highway from a very nice beach so if you enjoy the Oregon coast here is a chance to be able to visit there at a very low cost. You can stay 21 days at a time for free, leave for 7 days and come back for another 21 days free. I paid $5500 for the membership in the early 90's and will consider all offers. By the end of July I will simply turned my membership back in so give it some thought and if interested please contact me at winestem@... (winestem@...). Thanks,

1000 trails has a program where they will sell it for you, depending on the membership you have. Contact member services and they will let you know if your membership qualifies. If you don't have their #, contact me and I can find out for you.

You may also want to dig out a little more info on your membership/
Is it regional or national, What selection of parks are included, do you have park to park privileges with no time out of system.
Answers to all these questions and more will make for an easier sale.
I just sold my TT membership when we bought a house and gave away our motorhome after the engine failed. Buyers will have questions, the more answers you have the more likely you will have a smoothe sale.
