Yes adjusting tag axle pressure will change weights on other axles. Some coaches such as Beaver Patriot Thunder came with a adjustable regulator located in the engine compartment to adjust the tag axle. It's handy to be able to adjust when the load changes, but if it's forgotten about and not set correctly then you can sure have a handful driving it and chasing your tail trying to figure out what's wrong with this thing! Been there done that....
So if it doesn't have an adjustable regulator for the tag, I'm sure if you got ahold of the pneumatics schematic for your coach, one could be added in the correct location to accomplish what you're trying to do.

Hey Kirby. Do not know what model you have but I have been told various time my 06 Affinity can not be adjusted. If you find that yours can let us know please OJinOK
06 Affinity
tag axle be adjusted? I weighed my coach and I am at 14,000 on the front axle with a GAWR of 14,200. I was well under GAWR on the drive axle but not sure about the tag since I believe my toad weight was included in the tag (CAT scales report identified the last weight as 'trailer weight' so I think it included the tab and the toad.
weights this week and will not have the toad so will have better info. However, was wondering if raising the tag a bit might take some weight off the steer axle. If the tag can be adjusted, how is it done?
