If it is not one thing it is another. I have a 2000 Intrigue with a kitchen slide. It works just fine, but when I put it in it slowly starts working its way out. Driving down the road it wants to start extending on its own. I put the come-along on it to keep it in, but it still goes out a few inches. What gives? Bad cylinder?

Al you have a leaking valve. I would call HWH to determine which valve it is, I don't know which one off hand. Easy do it yourself replacement.

Did you check your fluid level? My first Allure did the same thing and it was one of the solenoids.

If you check your fluid level, make sure you do it with the slide retracted.
I had the same problem with my galley slide on my Magna. It was one of the solenoid valves. I had HWH change it so I don't know how much work it is. I do know the pump, tank, and solenoid valves are in a compartment that is hard to get to.

I had a similar problem... my driver side living room slide was working it's way out a tiny bit (half inch) when driving. Tech showed me that there is a manual level for the brake on the motor and that had somehow been flipped over to the release position. He just flipped it back on and that ended the problem
