What has been other's experience with CC's tech support? When I first got this coach, I called and talked to Greg a few times and he was helpful.
I left a message for him last week and have never gotten a call back. I then used their online function which lets you send them a question and ask for either a call back or email response. I've had no response from that.

I had a similar experience, the first time I spoke to Greg he was helpful. Unfortunately the follow through was not there. I have repeatedly tried to get in touch via phone and web submissions, no luck so far. I was thinking of upgrading to another CC, but this has me wondering.

We just purchased a 2006 Allure in California 4 days ago and are currently in route to Missouri. We had zero issues until last night when we hooked up to a KOA 50 amp electrical site for the evening. The ceiling lights remain on even when we push the buttons to turn them off. All the other switches/lights turn on and off except the ceiling lights unless we turn ALL the electricity off using the main house light switch by the front door. Any ideas on what the issue might be or how we can correct the problem?

That's correct, his first day at CC was Monday last. Talked to him Sunday to wish him well.

Do you have the "Intellitec" system? If so find the master panel and check and reset the overide switches.
