I know the bearing are sealed on the fan motors, but i have a friend with a CC that believe you should oil the shafts...... We did mine and it amazed me how the shaft sucked up the oil. We also Blowed all dust out of coils.

He does this once a year. Something to think about.

We put new gaskets between the air and the roof and while doing this found the motor home to have excessive runout causing a vibration. Any solution other than replacing the motor? Oh the motor has a squirrel cage on each end, one to pull air thru the cooling coils which we cleaned and one that circulates the air thru the coach, so the motor is balanced on both ends. The unit is an Dometic 15 K btu with heat pump.
