check your transfer switch for power from the generator.

Had the same problem today with my 2000 Allure....turned out I was not pushing the resets on the gen the correct way (should be toward the passenger side of the coach) and I wasn't giving the surge protector enough time (needs 2 min. 16 seconds) to evaluate the gen voltage and accept it. Hope this helps.

Check the breakers on the Generator. Then measure the output voltage of the generator at the generator, then look at the transfer switch.

Had the same problem in my Power tech gen. Turned out to be a loose wire nut in the electrical box where the power comes out of the gen .
